Little King's Story

I didn't have high hopes for this game but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a very simple real time strategy game that is still challenging.

The strategy mechanics are very simplistic (you can build buildings but you can't decide where to build them) but the battle mechanics are surprisingly challenging. Even as an experienced gamer, you can quickly tackle quests that are extremely difficult.

The only downside to the game is that the instructions and the tutorials do not provide you with enough information. You can either read up on the internet or learn by trial and error, but you can't rely on the game to tell you everything you need to know. It does keep the game interesting but also makes it frustrating when you figure out there is a much easier way to do something.

Overall, it was a relaxing break from the intense nature of most real time strategy games.

It doesn't have a deep story but it is fun enough. To give a little hint on how fun it is, you are taught that you are THE KING, and when other kings either challenge you, invite you for dinner or a party or whatever, your mission is to go conquer their kingdom for being fake kings.

It is fun and entertaining to play. I didn't like the ending personally, but the game is very fun. Recommended even if you are not a child. I am 22 years old, and I enjoyed it.

This game started out "fun". for a while.
After I got 3/4 of the way through the game it just turned mean.
Unrewarding for goals acomplished. Impossible progression of final
Quest. I dont want to spend 3 months with no rewards and total frustation
with a rutheless program.
...It looks like the only way they could extent the "play" with this game was to
make the end, unfairly hard. Too bad they had to do this.
...I would much rather have a game that is beatable, within reason, and have fun
doing it. This would be a very good game. If they would let you beat it within
a reasonable amoount of time....

This game is one of the most fun games I have ever played. It is super fun and super addictive! The game play is very fun and I enjoyed it very much. One problem I had with my Little King's Story game, and you may or may not have it but in mine they wouldn't count the number of paintings I had. (By the way you have to collect paintings.) But overall this game is one of the best gaming experiences you will ever have. For people who like the games Pikmin and Spore, this game is for you.

A cross between Pikmin, Sim City, a Sandbox Game, RPG, and Real Tim Strategy, Little Kings Story looks like a kids game, but does not act like one. It has a great sense of humor, fun combat system and tackles topics like politics, religion and science. A must have for Wii owning adventure game enthusiasts.
